I like spending time with my friends and learning about other people. I just want to enjoy whatever time we have together!
Live every day to the fullest! Let's explore the resort together!
I've been told I'm a good leader and listener. I'm pretty good at rescuing other people's cooking and baking disasters, and I can knit and sew. I can fight, but I'd prefer not to. My other talents are a secret. π
I don't really like to read, but I'll watch any kind of movie with my friends! I used to work part-time at a movie theater. I love listening to all kinds of music, especially J-pop, electronic, classical, and foreign music. πΆ
As for food... I love both ramen and sweets, but I'll try anything! Take me to your favorite food place! π
I like to keep my options open! π Someone I can have a good time with, no matter what we're doing.
I don't really know! Buy me a drink and help me decide! π

HELP I LOST THIS NOTIF???
[he sounds amused as he asks that question, though. enough differences exist between his cognitive world and her Dark Hour that he wouldn't be surprised if the answer was a resounding "no." and it truly doesn't matter, anyway. it sounds like they both utilized ambush tactics to get the best of their enemies, so great minds think alike!!]
[. . .]
[Kotone bumps against him and then leans, and Akira not-so-sneakily slides an arm around the back of her shoulders. grip loose, so she could pull back at any time, but. . . openly welcoming that contact, as comfortable as it is. all joking about pillow fights aside, the reason he is here doesn't have anything to do with their playful roughhousing]
[. . .]
[a little more quietly now that the atmosphere has calmed down]
I saw your mark back at the meeting.
ALL GOOD!!
[Tear their masks off, that is. That sounds super brutal!! Then again, Thanatos had sliced straight through the mask of the Magician Full Moon Shadow, and that had done a lot of damage, so she guesses it makes sense.
Akira's arm is warm around her shoulders, and with that tangible touch, it feels safe to close her eyes, that she isn't alone. It's a silly feeling, isn't it? Loneliness? It should be like an old friend, or at least someone familiar.
She doesn't open her eyes again until Akira points out her mark, turning her wrist over to expose the harp-shaped heart still burning a bloody crimson. She looks at it herself for a moment before glancing up to Akira without shifting away.]
Is that bad?
no subject
[it is brutal! and kind of fun? and very effective. he doesn't elaborate on that for now, though. . . it's a conversation for another day, now that he has pointed out the deep, scarlet-stained edges of her mark]
[his arm stays around her shoulder, with fingers now stealing into the fringes of red locks, toying with each strand in an idle movement]
It means I can tell you're not exactly yourself right now.
[no matter how hard she tries to hide it. and to give credit where credit is due. . . she does hide it well. it helps that he is not very familiar with how the hearts influences its subjects]
. . . I don't know what's bothering you, and you don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. But you also don't have to pretend.
no subject
Akira is really kind, isn't he...? She exhales a quiet breath, glancing back down to her mark again. It burns with a subtle warmth now that his arm is around her, a reminder of how much she craves someone else beside her; she rubs her thumb against it as if that might somehow make it stop.]
I just don't want anybody to worry about me, [she admits finally. Akira's a leader of his own team; surely he knows the feeling. It's not that she thought her friends wouldn't support her, of course they would; it's just that they were relying on her to help them. Her own problems and worries always came second.
She still tries for a smile, though, as she glances up to meet Akira's eyes.] You being here with me helps a lot, though! I don't really like being all alone.
no subject
[. . .]
[but it's because he understands that he can meet her gaze with his own, steady and firm. his glasses slip to the tip of his nose, allowing her a nice peek at what lies beyond the lenses]
If this is helping, I'll stay for as long as you'd like.
[another tiny smile works its way onto his lips]
And if you let me worry about you know, I'll let you worry about me later. Okay?
no subject
She lets go of her own wrist to reach up, then hesitates, searching his eyes for permission to remove his glasses.]
Do you really mean it? [A question intended for both of those statements. Her heart aches at the thought of him leaving her alone, but is he also willing to let her worry about him? Or will he choose to shield himself away when the time comes?]
no subject
[features slacken, mouth parting slightly as his gaze flickers towards Kotone's lifted hand, then back to her again. and after a brief moment. . . he nods. quiet assent. he doesn't need those frames, anyway]
Yeah. Of course I do.
[his answer is warm and honest, even though he knows-- when the time comes-- that it won't be easy. but if she's trying for him, then. . . he should try for her, too]
no subject
Can you see me okay without them? [her eyes search his, taking in this little moment. It's a little silly, considering she's seen him without a shirt, but somehow the glasses feel more revealing than that.]
no subject
[without them, his eyes are a lot more stark. like open books with pages fluttering in the wind. he meets her gaze with his own, boldly refusing to look away]
Mm. I can.
[and then, with a little laugh]
They're fake, you know.
no subject
...Huh?
[She'd almost missed what he'd said, the throbbing of her own heartbeat through the red heart on her wrist distracting her away from what he'd said, and almost distracting her away from the fact that she'd been leaning in as if mesmerized. Belatedly, she laughs, though she doesn't lean back just yet.]
Really? [About them being fake, that is. She tilts her head, asking more with her eyes than with her words why? but choosing not to pry into it for now. If he wants to tell her why he's wearing fake lenses, he can.] You look good with them, but... I really like being able to see your eyes more easily, too.
