[Not for the first time, she wishes she could see his eyes. He's expressive enough that it's not hard to read his face, but it would be nice to see. There's something a little scary about it, too, though, a depth of emotion she can only guess at.
So instead of saying anything else, she just shifts closer to kiss him again, one hand supporting her weight on the bed, the other lingering against his cheek for a long moment. Long enough that she's out of breath by the time she's forced to pull back. Maybe that's answer enough; she can't know how deeply he feels, she doesn't even know how deeply she feels herself, but maybe he can feel it through that kind of gesture. Another beat, and she leans up, pressing a kiss just above his shades.
When she pulls back, though, it's with her usual slightly mischievous grin as her hand moves from his cheek down his body. Her palm grinds, just a little, against the obvious bulge as her fingers toy with the button of his jeans.]
